The partner would obtain the exclusive rights to distribute the [brain-based language learning software and teacher support of] DynEd to their network of training partners in business and education for 5 to 10 years. Based on our turnkey business model, the partner can be profitable within the first year, with an average 50% ROI per year over the next 10 years.
