The aim of the Memorandum is also to create and to establish cooperation between the two institutions in a way to give expert opinions together on legal solutions that represent obstacles to a greater inflow of foreign investments in the country, to jointly propose solutions that are favourable to investors either domestic or foreign, and to make proposals from the aspect of science, how to introduce new economic models, which do not exist in BiH.
