The Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Marko Kubatlija had a meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Pale, Dejan Kojić, with the aim to intensify cooperation with local communities and identify investment projects available in the Municipality for their presentation to potential foreign investors.

Director Kubatlija informed the mayor about FIPA's
activities, the services it offers to foreign investors, cooperation with
existing investors in the country, and activities to find new investors.
At the meeting were presented investment projects and
investment locations in the area of this Municipality that could be of
interest to foreign investors, such as the project to build a hotel and tourist
complex Pale, and projects for three large production and business halls of
6,000 to 8,000 m2.
They also discussed open issues with the Ministry of Defense
of BiH regarding investment locations, namely the Jahorinski potok Pale
location, for which the Municipality requested the Ministry of Defense of BiH
to declare it no perspective military property so that it could be used as an
investment location for business purposes.
